Objectives Jamia Binoria Inc.: |

| 1.
To receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal
property, or both and, subject to the restriction and limitations
hereinafter set forth, to use and apply the whole or any part
of the income scientific, testing for public safety, literary,
or educational purposes either directly or by contribution
to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under
Section 501(c) (3) of the internal Revenue Code of 1954, or
corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal Tax laws,
and in furtherance thereof, including but not limited to the
following: |

establish Mosque and Islamic religious
education. |

| To
promote understanding of the religious
issues among all concerned organizations. |

| To
improve the love and enthusiasm
of Amal-i-Salihah (good deeds) among
Ummat "Followers of Islamic Faith". |

| |
| To
organize and carry on religious,
social, educational, charitable,
and other activities for the benefit
of the Muslim Community. |

| |
|
| |
| To
establish Islamic Institutions,
like mosques and Islamic Religious
schools. |

|
| |

| |
| This
corporation shall be a non-political,
a non-profit and charitable organization
and shall be organized and operated
exclusively for the above described
purposes and objectives. |

| 2.
Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the
Corporation shall not conduct or carry on any activities
not permitted to be conducted or carried on by an
organization exempt under section 501(c) (3) of
the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, or corresponding
provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws, or
by an organization, contributions to which are deductible
under section 170(c) (2) of such Code, or corresponding
provisions of any subsequent federal tax law. |

| 3.
The corporation shall be a Type B corporation pursuant
to section 201 of the Not-for-Profit Corporation
Law. The names and address of initial directors
are as follows: |

The office of the corporation is to be located in
the County of Queens state of New York. |
| |
| 5.
The Secretary of State is designated as agent of
the corporation upon whom process against it may
be served. |
