Islamic Knowledge/teachings for educated personnel in Pakistan and abroad. The existing syllabus of Ulamas does not cater modern languages, computer and present day fast communications, technologies. The International Education Foundation Board composed as under was formed for the objectives listed in Aims & Objectives.

Aim And Objectives:
 
 
 
To construct, establish and operate modern English language, Computer Lliteracy Institute for Ulamas/outsiders at S.I.T.E., Karachi.
 
 
 
To propagate Islam and Sunnah through training, publications and seminars.
 
 
 
To give scholarship, stipends to deserving students for Islamic and modern studies.

Location of I.E.F Institute:
 
 
 
Presently a Labor Block have been renovated for the I.E.F Institute at S.I.T.E Karachi.
 
 
 
9 class-rooms, one library and 2 rooms for Computer Lab have been completed.
 
 
 
Furnishing, Electrical appliances fittings & Computer Lab equipments, Procurement etc. are in progress.
 
 
 
Huffaz classes for 150 students are in progress covering English language, mathematics, science and social studies etc.
 
 
 
One year Ulama course, covering English language, History of World, Geography, Islamic History, Familiarization with Book Keeping/Accounting, Computer literacy, basic health care, first aid etc., would commence on the completion of renovation/furnishing etc.
 
 
 
Highly qualified, dedicated staff is available at I.E.F Institute.

Financial Implications:
 
The Huffaz and Ulamas are being provided free lodging, boarding and training. Expenditure incurred for each Alim/Hafiz for the courses is Rs. 4,000 per month (48,000 yearly).

Entrepreneurs and philanthropists are requested to support I.E.F. programme in following manner:
 
 
 
Educate each Hafiz Rs.2,000 per month (24,000 yearly - Two years course).
 
 
 
Educate each Alim Rs. 4,000 per month (48,000 yearly - One year course).
 
 
 
Zakaat fund - No limit.
 
 
 
I.E.F., Education Fund - No limit.

Medical Centre:
 
 
 
Proposed Medical Centre by I.E.F would be located on Main Road of Jamia Binoria.
 
 
 
It would be on No-profit/No-loss basis providing 24 hours emergency medical centre.
 
 
 
It will cater students and outsiders of S.I.T.E. Area Karachi.
 
 
 
The Centre would have 24 hours male/female doctors. Two wards for detention of Six-beds for emergency.
 
 
 
Labs for pathological Test & X-ray facilities would be available.
 
 
 
Specialists Would be available for consultation.
 
 
 
Future Plan covers gynecology facilities etc.
