of Tajweed-ul-Quran |

| In
this department, students are
taught to recite the Holy Quran
according to correct pronunciation
and accent. |

| |
| Here
students are made to learn the
Holy Quran by heart. This department
of Jamia has a distinctive reputation
and students mostly in foreign
countries join this department
and after completion of learning
Quran by heart, they return to
their home countries and serve
as Imams of the Mosques as well
as in Islamic Centres to educate
their own country men. At present,
there are over 1200 students in
this department and for this large
number, Jamia has employed 70
teachers who are duly qualified
in QIRAAT and TAJWEED. |

| This
department offers 'Alim Course
(Islamic Scholar). It consists
of following levels:
Middle,
Matriculation, Intermediate,
Bachelors & Masters
These levels are certified
from Board of Education, Pakistan
and Universtiy Grants Commission.
Students learn here from qualified
and eminent scholars in the
following subjects:
Tafseer, Hadees, Fiqh, Usool-ul-Fiqh,
Ilm-ul-Kalam, Seerat of the
Holy Prophet (peace be upon
him), Islamic History, Ilm-un-Nahv,
Ilm-us-Sarf, Ma'ani, Balaghat,
Adaab, Mantiq, Falsafa, Geography,
Arabic Lexicon, Urdu, Persian,
English.

| This
department is for the Course of
Mufti (Islamic Jurist) which is
equivalent to Doctrate (Ph.D)
of any Pakistani University. Students
after completing the 'Alim Course
(Islamic Scholar), can get admission
in this department in different
subjects such as Fiqhul-Islami,
Tafseer, Hadith. |

| In
this department, Jamia has placed
the services of qualified and
experienced Muftees (Islamic Jursits)
to serve people seeking advice
on day to day matters in and out
of our social life, and issuing
religious verdicts. In addition,
newly converted Muslims are taught
fundamentals of Islam and are
given certificates in respect
of their acceptance of Islam. |

| Ulama-e-Haq
(Upright Scholars) never opposed
to the study of sciences and recommended
to make its use. In these days
one cannot deny the usefulness
of computer. Keeping in this view,
Jamia Binoria has specially built
a computer department. Records
of students studying in Jamia,
are kept in computer and their
examination reports are also preserved
here. Magazines of Jamia Binoria
(Al-binoria English & Al-Binoria
Urdu) are also composed in the
computer department. Jamia has
also started Istifta service (answering
of questions about Islamic Jurisprudence)
via e-mail, this service is managed
by the Computer Department. |

Jamia Binoria has established
a Writer’s Department in
order to channelise the thinking
of young Muslims, scholars, political
leaders, intelligentsia as well
as students from colleges and
religious institutions. |

| Muslims
and Islam are being defamed on
electronic and print media. All
kind of concepts contrary to the
teaching of Islam and innovations
are being propelled through periodicals
and dailies. In this way, the
younger generation has fallen
in confusion and finding no way
out and drifting away from Islam.
Jamia Binoria has taken notice
of this alarming situation and
has established a section to counter
it.
Jamia Binoria was publishing
two monthly magazines in English
and Urdu namely Al-Binoria
English and Al-Binoria
Urdu

| This
department deals with general
administrative matters relating
to Jamia. This department also
serves as a VIGILANCE unit for
the assessment of activities of
the students "in" and
"out" of the Jamia premises. |

Binoria has a library which has
a large number of books on TAFSEER,
HADEES, FIQH, General Literature
etc. New publications are regularly
added to this library. |

| Madrasa-tul-Banat
(girls section) |

| |
| In
Islam the religious teachings
are equally important for men
and women. Therefore, to learn
the teachings of Islam is the
responsibility of all Muslims
whether they are men or women.
Keeping in mind the importance
of Islamic education for women,
Ulama-e-Haq (Islamic Scholars)
have established schools for
girls at various places in Pakistan.
Jamia Binoria also has established
a girls section named as Madrasa-tul-Banat.
A separate building has been
constructed in Jamia Binoira
Complex. Besides other facilities,
special arrangements for observance
of veil has also been made.
In Madrasa-tul-Banat separate
arrangements are made for girls
for their education, boarding
and lodging.
At present the departments
of Nazira (learning Quran by
correct pronunciation), Hifz
(learning Quran by heart) and
Kutub (course of Islamic Scholar)
are functioning. In the departments
of Hifz and Nazira 500 girls
and in Kutub 150 girls are acquiring
religious education which also
includes girls from other countries.
